The hotel's location was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay, situated just a short taxi ride away from the city center yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful area. The pool was a letdown as only a small part was suitable for swimming. the gym closed early with no staff present which was inconvenient.

The welcome drinks and personalized treats were a nice touch. the location provided easy access to the city's attractions. the hotel had a huge bathtub that easily fit two adults - perfect for relaxing.

Our room had a broken air-conditioner on the first night, and we were moved to a downgraded room without proper compensation. We left for activities and returned to find our belongings had been moved without our knowledge.
